The Cooperative Cleaning Company does not begin with a fixed list of what is included in a “standard clean.” In many cases, that kind of list simply defines the minimum, with everything else treated as an add-on. That is not how we prefer to work.
Before your first visit, we take time to understand your home. What gets used most. What has been missed before. What matters to you. From that conversation, we build a custom Service Plan around your household, your routines, and the level of care you expect.
If we tried to list every task we might perform across all our clients’ homes, it would run for pages. The important question is not whether something appears on a generic checklist. The question is whether it belongs in your plan.
The services below describe the main frameworks we work. The details inside each one are always built around your home, your routines, and your needs.
The same foundations apply regardless of what you book. W-2 employees only. Certified green products whenever possible. All equipment and supplies provided by CCC. If something isn’t right, we return to correct it, or we refund it. That policy has been in place since 1987.
